Order Processing And Shipment
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Sunday.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service for the delivery times for Kathmandu Valley are as follows:
Inside Ring road: 1-2 business days from the date of order.
Outside Ring road: 2-4 business days from the date of order.
Shipment Outside Kathmandu Valley
Urban Center: 4-7 business days from the date of order.
Rest of the country: 10-12 business days from the date of order.
Other International Deliveries
Product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. In order to request a refund, contact Eleve lingerie Customer Service at +0977 9843055022, or info@elevelingerie.com to be eligible for the refund. Reimbursement will be issued within a period of 30 days of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. Return
Any property of Eleve Lingerie registered with the trademark registering body of the country will be the part of Eleve lingerie trademark. In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Eleve lingerie service are trademarks or trade dress of Eleve lingerie in the the operating countries throughout the world. Eleve Lingerie’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Eleve lingerie’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits human fit craft. All other trademarks not owned by Eleve lingerie that appear in any Eleve lingerie service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Eleve lingerie.
If the product was purchased from an Eleve Lingerie distribution channel, the refund must be processed by that Distributor/Courier service. The product must be returned with the original invoice to the Distributor/Courier service who will refund the product purchase price. The Distributor/Courier service will then return the product to Eleve lingerie for a replacement product (if required). If the product was purchased directly from store, the refund will be processed by Eleve lingerie as per the company policy.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by submitting a written notice before the product is processed for delivery process. Submit written notice via email to info@elevelingerie.com with reason for cancellation.
